Intracity ( Bangalore)
We being in Bangalore, are committed to deliver to our customers in Bangalore within 24 - 48 hrs
For Metros
We are committed to delivering products ordered on our e STORE within 2 to 3 business days of the order being confirmed. We will soon be adding more cities to our footprint.
For Rest Of India
For products ordered on our e STORE by customers to deliver to addresses that are outside these Metros orders will be dispatched through our delivery partners and should reach you in 3 to 7 working days from order confirmation.
For remote geographies the time for deliveries may exceed 7 days upto 12 days.
For Outside India
We are committed to deliver our products overseas too while the entire shipping costs need to be borne by our clients. For benefit of our customers we have an arrangement of special / discounted shipping / courier charges. For more details contact our customer care executive.
NOTE : The above delivery time lines donot apply to Customised Orders / Made To Measure orders / Special orders. The time lines for each of the custom orders will be mentioned individually either in our product description or at the time of Order Confirmation. |

We currently deliver to more than 5000 cities across India. |

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders. |

We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to replenish our stocks. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment. |

Fairy Designs has partnered with reputed courier company as Delivery Partner ensuring good services at reasonable costs to our customers. The Shipping costs vary depending on the location and the product you buy. All details are made available at the time of Online Order Confirmation stage.
However Fairy Designs offers Free shipping within India on all products above Rs. 2000. |

| 2.How long will it take to receive the ordered products? |

We attempt to process every order and ship within 48 hrs excluding Sundays & Public Holidays. Exact shipping time depends on the location of your address and will be communicated during the process of ordering. Depending upon your location within India, post ordering this should take overall 4-7 days to get delivered. |

| 3. What will be the mode of delivery? |

We process all deliveries through our Delivery Partner – a reputed courier service company. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items through government registered book-post or speed-post. |

| 4. What about hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)? |

Our Prices declared are inclusive of Sales Tax but excluding Octroi, Entry Tax, Municipal Taxes of individual states. These costs need to be borne by the customer. |

| 5. I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up? |
|
You can Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return,wherever possible Fairy Designs will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through Fairy Designs, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. |
