Aparna Hundekar our founder , who always had a deep passion for creating beautiful dresses for girls. Being ingenious, innovative, she creates dresses of styles of both pure traditional indian wear and western wear as also Indian traditional wear with a tinch of western outfit to provide an opportunity of wearing an opulent ostentatious yet voguish trendy & groovy outfit for the girl and the lady of upcoming century.

In fact for over 10 years up to 2009, she enjoyed designing and creating dresses on demand for her daughter and kids of her friends & relatives. Only later during 2009, fully in knowledge of her capabilities as also realizing her potential to be an adorable fashion designer for kidswear, she explored the idea of channelizing her skills, experience and abilities into a potential business opportunity. Thus a 'Home Maker' turned an 'Entrepreneur' kick-started her venture 'Fairy Designs Inc' and has been successfully managing for over a decade.

Fairy Designs Inc, made a very humble beginning in 2009 from the home-office of Aparna. But over the years, slowly and steadily it has earned popularity amongst the target segment specially the Premium segment of the market with most first time customers becoming our loyal customers. This trend reinforced our belief and became our greatest inspiration to move forward & grow further.

From this point on , Fairy Designs Inc launched itself to make a mark and eventually set new benchmarks in its operating domain of the fashion industry under the leadership of our CEO.

Rajeev Hundekar, our CEO, a Mechanical Engineer and an alumni of IIM Bangalore , a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor & a certified Six Sigma Black Belt , having over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in the SME sector both in India & abroad in the areas of sophisticated Gears & Automotive Technology, Machine Tools , Solar & Renewable Energy. His rich experience of establishing green field projects and tremendous knowledge of Product design, Product development, Manufacturing Processes , and Quality Assurance and above all his eye for perfection ensures the comfort to our customers for their concerns about on time delivery and quality.

Yet our CEO places his team above him for he believes that his TEAM is who makes the company it is and managed the way it is.
